Questions & Answers

If you suffer from golfer's elbow, may you have more than three sets of 15 repetitions?

As many as 10 sets a day were being done by me. As a result of golfers elbow, I had significant pain. It took 2 years for 3 tears to appear in the tendon. These treatments lasted 3 months, then they disappeared. In addition to stopping my exercise routine and using my arm, I had to completely stop doing my actual exercise. While that many sets will give you good calluses, it will definitely make them grow quicker. This is a worthwhile investment

How do you choose the color of your flexbar?

As well as the blue, I purchased the My arm hurt when I first injured it and right after surgery, the blue was too much resistance to tolerate. It was at that point I used the lower-resistance band, and I would advise you to get two bands of different

Is there a difference between the old and new versions? Is that okay?

There is no way I can tell you. This is one of my favorite books!

It seems that way to me
5/5

My initial intention had been to buy this for golfer's elbows, but there were some nagging issues- Wrist issues came up from time to time and have now disappeared. Be sure that you get a heavy enough band so that it can generate enough tension to stretch things out properly. To clarify, I started with the green, then switched to the blue when I became strong enough, and after about a month, the tendinitis started to go away completely. Hope you have a great journey!.

It is well deserved that the hundreds of positive reviews are there
5/5

The list is endless, but I just can't help it. I lived a very long way from a tennis court and I had quite severe tennis elbow. Like most, I did not seek treatment for months since the closest thing I have ever seen to a tennis court is watching Wimbledon on the television. I couldn't open jars or pour coffee for my wife, so she was ready to divorce me after I couldn't pour her coffee or open jars. I was also using my elbow as an excuse to not do dishes, although to be fair, I was also doing my best to avoid doing them. motion was agonizing, as you can The two things I would like to add are that 1) Everyone reading this is in the same boat as far as their pain levels and duration of the condition, so that's not of concern. This refers to1. As someone who has had this condition for a long time, don't expect a miracle cure if you begin this exercise program after a long time. In fact, I became quite discouraged after the first week and a half because of a A little more than two weeks later, after doing three sets of 15 a day, I began to notice my stiffness and soreness gradually diminishing, and now, after a little more than a month, my hand does not hurt at all when I flex and extend it. (Doing the dishes is still the pits. I considered whether the bar was the problem because no change had occurred for months prior to starting the exercise.

2. It is understandable that there is some uncertainty about which strength to buy, and my recommendation would be medium green because of that. However, if you are planning on using it for therapy, there is more flexibility. Buying the blue bar was an error on my part. (I only saw the picture of the green bar, I didn't read the text that clearly stated "blue-" A heavy load. In the meantime, after receiving the package and realizing the order was my miscalculation, I gave the blue bar a try before returning, and it was fine for me, and believe me, I'm not a It is important to remember that if you are buying the bar for the "Tyler Twist" for tennis elbow, you are twisting the bar with your good arm, and then you control how much you resist The first time I tried it, I had to let the bar turn my arm without resisting it. In my subsequent strength and endurance gains, I gradually increased my resistance, and by the end, I realized how difficult it was. My arm can't twist the bar on its own, so the blue one is probably too stiff for some people.

Of course, you have to be able to twist the bar with your good arm in the first place. I find the ridges sometimes add some discomfort to my hands, and I have to grip the device hard to twist it as well. Therefore, again, it could be argued that the medum is stronger. However, other than its simple design, it serves its purpose and while the $14 price tag seemed a bit high for a chunk of rubber, the elbow relief it offers is worth the money.

This is incredible! There is nothing better than this product

In mid-February I had several cortisome shots followed by PRP (30 days later). Everything from braces to hot and cold packs to massages totally failed to help. In both elbows, I was in pain. A visit to an OT did not help. It was impossible for me to brush my pain without feeling That red one did wonders for me when I bought it first. It was impossible for me to do anything for fear of experiencing the pain again. Although it worked well, it seemed as though the rubber loosened up or decreased in strength over time. It was a great experience for me. This didn't make sense to me at all. After a period of no pain, I started feeling it again. This is the blue one that I bought. A monster's paw would be required for this. It was a little too wide. There are also so many layers to it that it's difficult to get a workout. Exactly how I wanted it. Most guys will probably be able to fit their hands into it. Since I've been practicing hitting golf balls, I've become able to do so. It was impossible with the pain to do that before. There is an occurrence of the pain returning. I don't think it could be to the same intensity, but it does exist. There are at least eight people I have recommended this to. It is a big hit with all of them. Over 30 years ago, my father and his golfing partner of over 40 years both began to experience tennis elbow. I don't believe so any longer. Now they are able to play golf without any pain. The skeptics were skeptical for a long time. I kept telling them to finally believe. Refusing to accept was their way of When my father couldn't take it anymore, he tried it himself. There was nothing he didn't like about In spite of the fact that he denied it for almost a year, my father's friend became a believer when he saw how happy he was after swinging his clubs. Those who suffer from arthritis can play tennis without pain as well. It is likely that the pain will occur after playing sports or lifting heavy items. My friend is an OT, so he helps me out. You just pull out the flex bar and perform the Jacob's twist. I said, "yes, we have them. There's nothing wrong with them. ". I've got it. He is unable to do business with I purchased a few things from Amazon, but this was my favorite one.

The program works great! It took a month for Wendler's 5/3/1 power lifting program to cause golfers elbow for me
5/5

My lifting was put on hold for a week so I slowly started back up. The nagging pain in my elbows was gone, but I still felt a little tired. In the beginning, I used the flex bar both before and after my workouts. For each arm, I just did a couple sets of 15. It has been about two weeks since my pain was gone. It would be best to get the heaviest one if you have spent a bit of time lifting. Despite their weaker physical abilities, my friends have a hard time completing the twist.
