This was purchased to assist in the treatment of a wart on my son's foot. I wanted to continue the procedure at home after seeing the doctor scrape dead skin off with a scalpel without causing too much pain. My son would not let me touch it for a long time, but this method allows me to gently scrape and flake it off.
Garbage, shoddy construction, and rusting after the first use. The seller will not back up his claims or products.
I know it's not a good idea to do "surgery" on yourself, but this made it so much easier! I cut a one-inch incision through the cyst from top to bottom, and I didn't even notice it because of the blade's extreme sharpness! I was able to completely drain it, and my armpit is finally looking normal again after a couple of weeks! Because the blade was sterilized, there was no risk of infection! I would not advise anyone to do what I did, but the quality of this scalpel and blades is excellent, especially for the price!.
" A total of ten blades were included in the package. Others are in agreement with you. I was wrong about how the blades attach to the handle. I scraped the gap the blades insert into, and it's filled with brass. br>br>I was wrong about how the blades attach to the handle. I was able to fit the blade after about 10 minutes of work with a Dremel. This isn't something that should be required of anyone. However, I was able to save it from being thrown away.
I didn't realize until I got this that the first blade wasn't included? Because the blades are sterile, it makes sense, but I realized I had no idea how to insert the blade. It was beneficial to use YouTube. When I put the first blade on the handle, it cracked: / I used the second blade for dermaplaning because it was fine. After dermaplaning, the fuzz on my blue pajama pants was what came off my face. I cut my face a couple of times by accident - The blade is extremely cutting! Instead of this straight tip, I'll use a curved tip next time. choice of the individual You get a lot of bang for your buck with this purchase. I used to dermaplane with Schick single blade straight edge razors. Although I prefer this scalpel, I would recommend the schick to beginners.
This is something I bought. The handle was supposed to be included in the ten blades. Only one blade was given to me. That concludes our discussion. There are no other options.
The blades are in good shape, but the handle is a stumbling block. The blade is poorly made, and it does not fit into the slot easily or well. To get the blade onto the handle, I use needle nose pliers. I can see how doing it by hand without any tools could result in some unfortunate mishaps. The blade was not straight and could not be straightened once I had it on. This was the best scalpel handle for this blade size. Oh well.
