It can be difficult at times; if you're having trouble, use pliers or something else to grasp the blade.

The angle of the tip (relative to horizontal) on the blades I just purchased is not as low as the ones I've been using in the past, and the handle came with blades that don't quite match the other blades I still have in storage. br>I usually use No 11 surgical blades on tiny single crystals as small as mm size. The handle, on the other hand, has a small ruler (6 cm long) carved on one side, which is very useful. br>Aside from that, the blades are sharp, clean, and individually wrapped, with a reasonable price.
I've never seen a worse scalpel handle in my life. Because the blade's grooves were cut incorrectly, the blade cannot fully seat in the handle. Even if it could fit, it appears that it would simply fall off because the bottom part that is supposed to keep the blade in place is also incorrectly formed. For that many blades, the price is reasonable, but you should get a different handle. br>br>The blades themselves appear to be in good condition.
Expect them to last a short time because their quality lies in their SHARPNESS rather than their DURABILITY. br>However, each time you need a razor-sharp cut, you can get a NEW, EXTREMELY SHARP blade for just 12 cents.
These are good blades, but the first box I purchased had a very sharp tip and a more severe angle and point than the subsequent boxes I've received. I'd like to find out how to get more blades like the ones in the first box I got.
The 11 blades are fine, but the scalpel that came with it was poorly made, with no opening for the blade to be inserted, rendering it completely useless. But it was a total waste of money on the blades. Better quality can be found elsewhere, in my opinion.
par. Because the part where the blades are attached isn't quite standardized, the blades are more difficult to remove and replace than regular scalpel blades.
But I can't seem to get the blade to fit into the handle. I've been using them to cut leather and have found them to be excellent.
The packaging is very nice. The blades are extremely sharp, and he does an excellent job. The handle is the cherry on top of a great purchase.
