Is this compatible with a maglite that uses LEDs?

I bought it to replace an incandescent bulb in an older Mag, but I replaced the old bulb with an LED bulb to convert the flash light to an LED. I'm not sure if it will work on a Maglite with a factory LED.

Do you think this would work with a maglite 5 d cell that isn't led?

It is compatible with common light bulbs.

Is it possible to use this reflector with a d-cell led maglite?

Hello, Haud. I was wondering if your mag light is designed to work with d cell batteries. Yes, this reflector will work with either a regular or led bulb. I have a regular type bulb in one and an led type in the other, both using the same reflector.

I was able to transform a club into a flashlight once again

My Mag- Leaking batteries destroyed the light. My only other option was to go to a cop store and get a replacement reflector, and if you're not a cop, those guys can be a little smarmy. This came at exactly the right time. Bright, shiny, and brand new, it's been installed in my freshly cleaned Mag- lite. It's working better than it has in the past.

The reflector is a perfect match to the original. It's simple to set up! Now all I need is a new lens (mine has spots) and "Buster" (my 4 D cell Maglite) will be fully refurbished, complete with an LED upgrade! TIP: Keep your Maglite upright to prevent battery acid from leaking into the head and destroying the reflector and lens.
