I discovered these gems after 6 days using crutches, my palms were bruised, my armpits nearly raw, so I turned to Amazon for relief, and I found them! It was a godsend to have them around! I was very pleased with their performance! You can fit a bottle of water into the bag, a phone, and anything you don't need to be overly large. One of the physical therapists I met even mentioned it to me! I told her they were a must!.
My only complaint about the pouch is that it wasn't very unique. Exactly how it attaches is a mystery to me. It's great to have pit covers and handles! Crutches like these are very popular among moms. The crutches feel comfortable and make the experience of using crutches longer more enjoyable. She liked the bag because it was soft and she could carry her cell phone in it. The only complaint I have is that the storage bag and hand grips were not attached. I really liked how tight the hand grips were. It's not clear if we were supposed to get rid of the original crutch grips, but they're needed because the crutches have to be taken apart for that. I have no idea how to attach the storage bag, either. Eventually, it turned on while bringing up the menu, but it took several attempts to make it work. Attaching the bag is not described in the instructions. When I tried to attach it, I didn't think it would be a big deal. There are a lot of obstacles to overcome.
