Although it will not fit, it should still be able to be used. On the left one of my crutches is where I keep my bag, which has anatomical grips.
While I only tested it out to answer this question, it fits nicely on both of my canes. The size and shape of the handle of your cane will determine whether the tip is curved or not.

Despite being a decent concept, you can only use it with a traditional crutch. As I tried to adapt it to a pair of forearm crutches, it didn't fit well. I was able to attach the top loop to the crutch pole assembly, but it did not fit well. In this way, the bag can swing around quite a bit. The Velcro straps on the side of the crutches are too short for this type of crutch, as you can see from the second photo. You may be able to use a regular crutch with it. In addition, the side pouches are now curved when a regular sized bottle of water is placed in the bag, making them useless for other items such as a cell phone. As a test, I plan on sewing a length of velcro into the bag's existing straps to see if the bag will cling better and stop bouncing around on its own. A trash bag is used if it isn't clean.

I have found this bag to be very helpful. The forearm crutches I use mean that I have no way of carrying My phone, earbuds case, extra medicines, and car keys can all be stored in this bag. Crutches have been much more manageable since it was introduced.

To put on my new crutches, I ordered this item. It was easy to assemble and seems to be quite was able to put a can of water in it and I still had plenty of room left for keys and belongings. This will assist me when shopping, as I won't have to carry my big purse around. My pink crutches were very well made and light weight, so I purchased a black one to go with them. This is the third of three that I have purchased. A set for each crutch, and as well as a set This makes life much easier for me so I don't have to lift everything and end up dropping it. The top portion of these structures is not very stable. In order to stabilize them a bit better, two straps at the top would be a good idea.
