This stand is even more sturdy and well-made than I expected (and at a great price), and it made administering fluids a breeze. Also, the shipping was extremely quick! br>This is a product that I strongly recommend!.
This book comes highly recommended. When the product was late, I contacted the vendor, who immediately responded that the shipper had damaged the box and that they would send me a replacement via 2-day delivery. It took longer to unbox than it did to assemble, despite the free shipping. It's reliable, less expensive than most on Amazon, and has a professional appearance (as if it belonged in a hospital rather than a home). Customer service provided by the vendor is outstanding - helpful and responsive (via email and phone calls). They wanted to get to the bottom of any problems as soon as possible and to my satisfaction. Because of the quality of their product and their customer service, I will use this vendor again and highly recommend them.
This was delivered late, and one of the two bottom cross pieces was bent when it arrived. My son and I eventually bent it back so that the entire pole isn't as shaky, but I've lowered it almost all the way because it's still shaky even at the "feet" level. Getting the wheels to turn is also a challenge. Even on tile and hardwood, I have to twist the pole around my pump to get enough leverage to turn the wheels. In addition, the wheels have a hard time transitioning from one floor to the next. I have to lift the pole from carpet to tile and vice versa, or it will get caught on the edge and fall over. I would not recommend or purchase another pole like this one. I gave it two stars because it does the job in terms of functionality.

Unlike the flimsy one delivered by the pharmacy, this pole is substantial in weight and can support a backpack with pump and IV medications (1. It has a capacity of 75 liters and can be adjusted in height. For an IV pole, it moves quickly.
