Your motor, I believe, is rated at 11 hp. 5 pounds. I think the pole is strong enough, but I'm not sure how much weight it can support. That's something I'd look into.

This is where I keep my cpap hose. It performs admirably, and the wider base is appealing to me. It is stable and will not tip over. It is something I strongly suggest.
