Parts that are flimsy or missing

I had to go to the hardware store to replace a vital bolt and washer that was missing from the sealed packaging. Because the important weight-bearing parts of the base assembly are plastic rather than metal, the pole rocks even when I tighten it as much as I can. The money spent was not well spent.

It glides through my house with ease

It's easy to roll through my house, which I appreciate. If I try to go too fast over rugs with my heavier fluid bags, it can tip, but I think it'll be fine for my gravity IVs.
