There's no way to cut it, I'm sorry
5/5

Each is made according to the model’s standard length. Cutting this would render it useless, as it is a dual lumen.

The trick to making it look like a littman is to know how to arrange the lights
3/5

This works like a Littman if you know what to do. As a result, I was deeply disappointed when I opened it until I thought about how (with much work) I could squeeze off my old metal earpieces and use them on the tubing too. I strongly recommend it as the cheap earpiece part it comes with (shown in the picture) twists immediately as soon as you place them in your ear and you must hold on to them to keep them The person I am trying to resuscitate at work cannot audibly hear me when I try to resuscitate a child. As for the tubing itself, it is of the same density as my last Littman cardiology III, which had a cracked tube. There is no noticeable difference now that all parts may be Littman brand since all tubing appears to be I would definitely use this service again in the future.

Although adequate, I didn't get the level of quality I would expect from a genuine Littman part
3/5

I might have ordered this tube on error, hoping for an all black replacement for the bell on my smoking Master cardiology stethoscope. My emergency room practice is in a hospital that uses Master Cardiology stethoscopes this one did not perform as well as my prior one. This model has a problem seated in the ear pieces without falling out. Also, the sound transmission isn't quite as good as in In case of needing to hear fine cardiopulmonary sounds, this would be adequate but in case of needing higher performance you should order a genuine replacement part, as.

As a subordinate It is best to replace
5/5

The manufacturer of this product is not In the middle) finally snapped and needed to be replaced. The one I ordered was happily replaced for a test to make sure it worked. As soon as I saw the scope, I noticed poor sound quality and felt the seal was poor. After a careful examination of the two, a few things stood out as important in comparison In the original tubes, the metal that is inserted at the inserted ends of the tubes (the end that is inside the rubber of the U) have a cleaner, more finished cut. I removed rubber chunks that had stuck to the replacement tube and metal shavings still attached to it, preventing sound from coming through. I found the original metal ear tubes to be much more comfortable because of their ergonomic shape. I really did feel like I was in the twenty-first century This is a prop stethoscope that you would use during a play, not an actual 40-pound stethoscope The patients - I load-up This tool is designed for the everyday needs of medical professionals. There were divided inner tubes inside the rubber tube attached to the stethoscope's head (the heavy end where you placed the stethoscope against a patient's chest) (indicating that the rubber tube was more than In place of the ear tubes, the replacement was just a hollow tube for connecting the head of the scope to them. Despite the design's apparent simplicity, Littmann's design was anything but. These things cost what they do for a very good reason. As a result, I actually inserted the new spine of the tubes into the old tubes to re-fit the old tubes The original is to be used. Then I'll just buy a new one if this snaps, or if it can no longer be repaired. Taking a stab at these non-standard terms There is just one problem with OEM parts. It is inexpensive. There is a certain degree of quality that comes with a certain price. It's especially common in the field of medical equipment.

Replaced with a good one
4/5

When I rang on my rear view mirror, my initial tubing split and cracked. You will pay about 1/3 less for the replacement parts than you would for the OEM parts. The tubing is a bit larger and the rear pieces are softer, and they cannot be interchanged (see pictures). Although the products differ from the originals, they appear to be as durable and as easy to use as the originals. The next time I buy, I will.

An update has been made because it's been a while since the previous review
4/5

Initially, I thought this tubing was awesome (and it still may be), but after reviewing it, I noticed that one side of the earpiece felt floppy to me, whereas the other side seemed firm. There is a little popping sound coming from it, which suggests that the metal inside may be broken. I'm asking for another set of tubing because this could pose a problem. It will be interesting to see what happens. Aside from that, it is comfortable, fits well, and has a great sound. The longevity of the product worries me. A UPDATE It was a surprise to me that the company provided great customer service. The company sent me a new set of tubing after asking me what the broken ones looked like. Now that I have been using the new tubing on my Litmann Master Cardiology for a few months, I can say that the only problem I have is with (I think they are less soft than the originals, which is why they don't fit quite as well as the originals. ). The slightly softer pads may be a great fit for some ears, but my ears prefer the hard ones. Other than that, I can barely detect a difference in It is important that the fit be good so that the sound is good. I think it would have been better spent on something else.

Compared to a brand name tube, this one was considerably cheaper
5/5

A pleasant surprise was that the sound quality matched the original pretty well. After a year of use, the oils from my skin hardened the tubing (much sooner than the original tubing) causing it to lose its black finish. I reduced one star because the black finish started to rub off fairly quickly. After using this for two years, there are no cracks, so this works as it should. A few months after the tubing was replaced, it was cracked and snapped We have been using the same computer for 9 years. I would be surprised if I get four inches out of this tubing considering how quickly it has hardened With this replacement tubing, you will have 5 years of service. Although your tubing will have a shorter lifespan if you cover it or do not wear it around your neck, you are still likely to get much more life from it.

Even with decreased life, I would still buy this product.
