The loop handle does not act as a zipper, so the bag doesn't come with a zipper. It also comes with a handle that clips on the side. Taking a few times to realize and use the zipper instead of the strings, I stopped grabbing for them at first. This case fits my scope perfectly inside, and I'm in love with it. A favorite feature of this bag is the extra storage spaces on the inside, where I can keep my pupil gauge, scissors, and an extra pen. There is no way for me to wear this with my Cardiology 4. Your chances of success might be higher if you use a lighter scope or a 3x. My stethoscope bends too much, so I have to push it into the hole. Despite the bulkiness and the existence of a pocket, I do like the protective shell strength of the bag. Even though I am disappointed that I cannot use it for my scope, I am probably able to find another use for it.

As far as the cable travels it has a perfect pocket to keep it covered so it won't scratch the circuit board, caps, or back of the case (depending how you transport it). My hope is that this review will be of some help to fellow MK enthusiasts.

It is pretty much because of the smell, which is really bad, that I gave this two stars. though it doesn't smell like nurses' nose, the case has a deep chemical residue smell that doesn't seem to go away even after leaving it out of my bag for four days. As I consider washing it to remove the stench, I wonder why anyone should go through the trouble of washing a stethoscope case. There is something awful about the smell. In short, I would recommend you considering other cases, unless you do not possess a very.

After ordering this case, I removed my steth from the Littman box and put it back in the same position as when it was delivered to you. As before, I placed it in the same spot in the case. Exactly what I was looking for. Despite its size, it does not get squashed. There is a separate handle and zipper which is what I love. Other items I can keep in the other side of the case include alcohol wipes, a pen light, etc. It was well worth the money spent.

The case is generally satisfactory in my opinion. With a hard shell and a size of quite a bit, it's quite attractive With all of the above, it's quite easy to fit it in. You have a lot of space. I have only one complaint with the unit I got. The zipper, at least on the unit I got, isn't great. I suspect that some of the teeth aren't aligned perfectly, causing the zipper to get caught on a corner. There's no big deal about it This is a deal breaker Even though I still have the zipper, I can use it I only have a slight concern about the zipper lasting a long time. Apart from that issue, this case is ideal for this use.

The size of it looks great online and it would be great for keeping all of my things together close to me when I am working, but I can't keep it up with it anymore considering it is so heavy and cumbersome.
