There may be a need for adjustment

I had to have this since I'm a fan of owls, and it's ideal for my stethoscope. When I tightened it with pliers, I found it was a bit loose, so I tightened it again and it's perfect. There has not been any loss of luster or loss of I am so far happy with how things are going.

I like the bling on the stethescope

This is such a cute idea. sometimes have trouble hearing after listening with a litman and have to change my ears as a result. After wearing this, I notice the bling is located on the right side. This is a great tool. This appears to be a sturdy model. This is a very giftable item. A friend of mine already has the second one.
