As for those who have Littmann stethoscopes, some people find the fit is snug, but none are worse than what Littmann makes. Occasionally the inside does have a strong smell, but if you're having trouble with it, you could add some Downy Unstopables to a mesh baggie and leave it in. That should defeat this problem.
There is a putrid smell in the air. It doesn't make sense to me why this case smells like cigarettes and a stale That stinks! I can't get it out of my system! For the last few days I have scrubbed it with various soaps and detergents to reduce the smell. There's a possibility I'll just have to discard it.

This case is too small to hold my medical instruments. This is terrible.

Simply because of its practicality and how easily it can accommodate everything I need in it, I would definitely recommend the case.
