Yes, I use a stethoscope. Even though this is such a great product, I am not using a Bp cuff on it.
It is possible to store a stethscope and a bp cuff at the same time in this stethoscope case.

It gets a 4 out of 5 from me. A 5 star rating is not appropriate as the EKG design does not appear that well on The metallic shine is subtle since the design is silver, but it doesn't take attention away from the overall appearance. Apart from the design color on the gray version, this is a great product. I wish I had purchased a black or turquoise variant. I was also able to fit my blood pressure cuff with my Select Littmann stethescope in this one. Additionally, the extra compartments can be used to store quick reference cards, lunch money, business cards, etc. This is also great for patients/family members who need to keep track of medical documents or medications (pill containers, inhalers, lancets, glucose meters, There are two zip pulls on the bag, which may allow you to add a lock if you wish.
There is a really nice and smooth finish on this, and it fits I can still store my other items in the case. There is no problem at all with zipping up the case. In almost every way, this is perfect! It only has one drawback -- it does not have space for the cuff on my b/p. Cuffs that can be turned on and off manually, as well as electronically. In comparison, if it were large enough to fit a b/p cuff, it would probably be cumbersome, making it a less practical addition to carry around as a traveling nurse. This is a great case in my opinion. It is my daughter's favorite product, so I bought two for myself and for her. This is a highly recommended product.

There was a stain on the item.
