Prestige Sphygmomanometer & Stethoscope Kit with Matching Black Carrying Case

My first stethoscope was from the same manufacturer when I first went to nursing school and it is still in great condition. In spite of the fact that I have a few already, I know that if I need to use it in the future, I can, because it is a reputable brand and lasts no matter what you do.

I purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas gift as she was entering college and I did not have the available funds to replace it. It was only used a few times during the first two weeks of class after the pressure indicator broke. The return window had also closed, so it was 2 weeks after it had opened. The brand is very cheaply made! I will have to look for a better one! In order to release the pressure, the valve had to be opened and closed manually. (The knob is messed up with bad threads?.

Please do not buy this if you are using it to take your own blood pressure. An individual needs to slide the chestpiece on the stethoscope under the cuff in order to take their blood pressure because you don't have enough hands to grasp everything at once. one's much too large to wear under the cuff before a shirt cuff, where it's supposed to rest against the arm just below. In order to keep my blood pressure under control, I purchased a sphygmomanometer My stethoscope in 1975, which I used until it broke last month, worked flawlessly until it broke. As its replacement, this was supposed to be the next best thing. It is fine to use this product by a physician, but too challenging to use on one's own. It will work fine if you are taking the blood pressure of someone else, so I gave it four stars. Despite this, the stethoscope does not make much sound.

It's a waste of money. The Stethoscope Kit was purchased at the end of January for use in a training course. In just a few hours, I have a chance to use them and I find out that the stethoscope is defective. My instructor tried the stethoscope and said it does not work. Because it appears that I will not be able to return the item for a refund, I am extremely disappointed.

A manual blood pressure cuff was working for a few days, but then stopped working altogether. There is a leak in the connector hose or something like that. The stethoscope that comes with it is horrendous as well. It does not allow you to hear anything. Another digital reader of another brand was much more reliable for me.

A few months ago, I purchased these items as part of a medical course I was taking. It was a little off-putting due to the price, and I was afraid it wouldn't be as good as those that were higher priced, but it is a great product. I had no problems with it whatsoever, and I really enjoy the way it looks so professional.

It is great! My elderly mother was able to comfortably read her heart rate with this device, even though she is an older adult. It's great that it is so easy to use, she doesn't have to go to the hospital to check her blood pressure all the time!.

The BP cuff was the reason I bought this. There is nothing wrong with the cuff. The results could have been better after using a friend's rubber cuff instead of mine. However, it still worked quite well.
