In the beginning, there is a big reason I like Prestige. There is no difference in the parts. All the others can be used in the case of a failed cuff by using the sphygmo or bulb. Since I spent years using blood pressure cuffs in medical offices, I purchased this one for myself and my husband to use at home. It is easy to use, holds up well, pumps up easily, and the dial is easy to read. The velcro seems to hold up quite well. It is a beautiful cuff and I am very pleased with it.
