We received a very stiff bulb with our new cuffs, which is not acceptable in any environment. It's soft and easy to squeeze and does the job well. I would like it to be bigger so I don't have to pump as much. It fits our Welch Allyn cuffs just fine. I don't have to worry about my fingers getting hurt.
It had a metal regulator attached to it when I bought it. To fix the tubing to the bulb, I had to cut only half a centimeter off the end. Worked like a charm! To make a cuff work like new again for a great price.
They work just fine! This bulb has a nice extra, which is the air release right on top of it. Neither the old one nor the new one had that. Price point was correct too.
It worked perfectly, the rubber was very sturdy and the metal screws were tight and easy to tighten. It's great to have such an excellent product!.
It's so nice to know that Amazon sells replacement bulbs for blood pressure monitors. This was an inexpensive replacement for the one that was worn out after constant use. A REPLACEMENT BULB WAS ALL I NEEDED, I DID NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A FULL NEW MONITOR, WHICH WOULD HAVE COST A LOT MORE THAN THE UNIT.
In order to place the Bub on my sphygmomanometer, I purchased this item. Seeing why it came with a hole, I can understand why it was so cheap. The lesson learned from this was that it wasn't worth sending back.
Almost a decade ago, I had a bulb fail on an old wrist cuff (from 1997). I bought this cuff and it fits well and works just the way it used to when I first bought it. Happy to have been chosen.
The new replacement is excellent. The release valve allows for pressure release.
