They arrived in plastic bags with dirt on the hammer and the bags themselves. There were scuff marks and a used appearance on the reflex hammers. My old ones were thrown out, and I ordered new ones.

There are scratches and the wrong color

Pink is not the right word, it's burnt orange. As you can see, there are scratches on the metal handle as well as a different handle than what is shown in the picture.
