Selected User Reviews For EMI Deluxe Queen Square Neurological Reflex Hammer (EIH-781 Black) with Pointed tip for Superficial responses

I misplaced the reflex hammer we were given at the start of the rotation (less than a week in), so this one will serve as a replacement
5/5

It's a pretty good reflex hammer. My neuro attending even complimented me on it, but half of the hammer protrudes from my pocket and skewers my arm all day. After showing them the full size of the hammer, I would recommend it to someone.

This book comes highly recommended
5/5

Because of the weight, it's a nice levar. It has a sharp side, which is useful for sensory examinations, and it is also very easy to perform reflexes with.

This is a better-than-average reflex hammer for under $20, as it allows for consistent impact to elicit subtle reflex asymmetry
4/5

Shorter portable hammers are less sensitive, so I prefer a long reflex hammer with a slightly stiffer plastic shaft, such as this one. Despite the fact that it is excellent, I now rank it second.
