There is a serious problem with this hammer because the pieces do not fit together- Because the piece with the brush is smaller than the threaded piece of the handle, the bottom part just falls right out. Being humiliated in front of your patients when your equipment breaks down is not acceptable. Buying a different brand will be far easier for me than returning this. I would recommend not buying this.
We have not yet had the opportunity to use it, but it seems like it will be able to satisfy I received it in a timely fashion as described and it was in good condition.
The quality is very poor. I do not recommend buying.
Work is done to a high standard. There is nothing exceptional about this.
There was a significant difference between what I expected and what I received. There was a loose screw in the head of the hammer. The concept was great but it was just not able to be fulfilled on this particular product. I had to return it.

I used regular shipping and it arrived in less than 3 days. There are no issues with unscrewing or screwing in anything. We are very satisfied with the service. I am a student in a physical therapy program and I will use the software for that.
