Use it in the same way you would a toothpick, but it is much tougher and can get into tighter spaces. They're also re-usable over and over again. Our family has been using 'RotaPoint' for over 20 years and it is the best. br>Wishing you all the best!
These are for my mother-in-law, who is 97 years old. They're all in one piece. On one end, it's bigger, while on the other, it's smaller. I hope this has been of assistance.
They don't contain gauze, but they do a great job of stimulating the gums; dentists recommend them!

I gave the brush a shot. I was constantly buying replacements because I was using high-end ones (several brands) that weren't built to last. Then I came across these (which were identical to the ones I had years before) and was overjoyed. They're tough, so they'll last much longer than the flimsy brush-ons. the ones that have come to an end These are effective in preventing gum disease and work well for me because I have crowded teeth.
These toothpicks were a hit. But, as someone who worked in dentistry for 33 years, I can tell you that the cost is out of control. I could still get 1000 dollars for $25 after I retired. They now demand a high price for them, and they are no longer available in bags of 1000. They are now made in the town where I grew up, Lompoc, CA, but you can't buy them from Denmat there. And when you use them once to twice a day and there are two of you, they go pretty quickly. You must be a dentist, which is absurd given the prevalence of toothpicks. I used to work for a dentist who gave his patients small containers of them. You could once purchase them from a pharmacy, but that is no longer the case. However, if you're looking for a good toothpick for your dental health, this is the one to go with; just make sure you use it correctly. They do a great job of protecting your gum tissue. The wooden ones are extremely damaging to your gum tissue. So, if money isn't an issue, these are fantastic. I'm buying them because none of the other brands on the market come close to matching their quality.
