These will be used in the OR for work. They are, however, extremely scratchy. I was carrying them in my backpack, and when I took them out, the plastic part had a huge scratch on it.
It gets the job done, but it's a bit claustrophobic. It's made of rough plastic, but it's simple to clean. After a while, the sides of my head begin to push inwards, giving me a headache.
It's been difficult for me as a nurse to find masks and eye shields that work with my glasses during this pandemic. These are light and give your glasses enough room to avoid being scratched or dislodged.
Although they may fit over glasses on smaller frames, they do not fit over them. I have a smaller ray ban frame, and they did not fit over it. If you wear glasses, I would not risk it. Overall, this is a well-made item that will last a long time.
When there's a covid outbreak, this is a great tool to have.
I work as a dialysis nurse, and these are ideal for me because I have to wear a ppe all day. While I was doing Direct pt, my other goggles were constantly digging up. Care. That is no longer a problem.
For work, I put them on every day. I wish they were a little softer around the ears, but other than that, I like how adjustable they are and how well they work.
