The ball bearings have a diameter of 2 inches. 3/32" and 381mm
The MGN12H bearings and rail will fit the Ender 5, but I'd make sure the rail isn't too long by measuring the printer.
Hello, if you attach the rail to the 2020 extrusion directly, hexagon socket head M3x8 will work fine.
Hello, there are 24 holes in 600mm, so the length is 23*25 2*12. 600mm x 5 (ends). Please accept my apologies for the image's incorrect E value description.

If the rubber endstopper is removed, the barrings will fall off, scattering small barrings all over the place. They aren't very well attacked, so if you get one, put a zip tie through a hole or something to keep you from chasing after them. If you do, gently wobble the barrings back into place between the wires, then add more until the barrings are full, then put it on. If any do happen to fall out, well, that's fine. Simply stack that sliding gizmo in the rail tightly and deeply. Install it in its new location and give it a good tap. Check to see if it's going to slide. If it didn't, you can say good-bye to your floor-finding barrings! They work fantastically well and are very pleasant to use!! However, I believe the knockoffs in 600mm are a little overpriced for the size, but oh well.
There is no play in the bearings that I can see. br>br>After a bad experience with the regular green/red type, these were a breath of fresh air and, at least in color, matched the rest of my collection. br>br>While many claim to clean and reinstall them, this is not always the case. I didn't have to lube them before using them because they were spotless and had no friction on the rail. br>br>Mine had a distinct pre-existing condition. cleaning and putting together, which isn't always the case. br>I can only speak for myself, but they were lubed with clear oil and ready to go, not packed in any grease that needed to be removed, and they weren't saturated either. That irritates me greatly. There doesn't appear to be any milling debris in the bag. br>br>I haven't had any complaints.
This was purchased as part of my conversion to linear rails for my 3D printer. You'll have to disassemble any linear rail components you buy off the internet (that aren't Hiwin or Steinmeyer) to clean out the shipping grease and reassemble it. Make your own lubricant for it. The ball bearings are of excellent quality, and they fit perfectly on a Chinese rail, with no play and no squeaking. Despite the fact that many people use silicone grease for these bearings, I would recommend machine oil because it is a rolling element bearing. It also works well to use a good medium weight motor oil, which I have been using for a hundred or so print hours with no problems.
My two rails arrived well packaged and wrapped together so I am 99% sure the bent rail didn't happen during shipping. When I went to put them on my 3d printer, I discovered that one of the rails was bent horizontally by almost 1/16". I was able to attach these to some 2040 aluminum extrusion and straighten the bent rail enough for it to work for my needs, but it was a huge pain. If you require a straight rail, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This product has left me feeling a little underwhelmed.
To begin, I'd like to express my admiration for these bearings and rails. They're also great value for money. br>br>These are 12mm MGN rails with black ends, as shown in the pictures. br>br>Previously, I had bought various brands with red and green ends. To make them work properly, they needed to be cleaned and lubricated on a regular basis. These, on the other hand, from ReliaBot, are ready to use right away. br>br>I would definitely order more MGN12 bearings from ReliaBot in the future if I needed more for other projects.
Only a few vendors provide a rail and block made entirely of stainless steel. I bought two sets from this vendor because he had it in the lengths I needed. Other rails I've ordered have been a disaster. When these arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the block glided along the rail with ease. These sets also came with extra bearings, which I oiled and have been in service for about two weeks with no issues. On one of the blocks, there was a faint dark brownish discoloration. The rail ends were not squarely cut, though this had no effect on the rail's function.
I bought these to refurbish a resin 3D printer. To and of high quality. Earning extra money has been a fantastic experience. I've purchased so many rails and blocks that I'm almost always cleaning, disassembling, and reassembling them. lubricate and re- assemble. That is something I haven't had to do with these. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted. Mine came with five of them. In addition, there are eight additional ball bearings.
MGN12H rail blocks that are in good condition. I had ordered some decent linear rails from China, but I had forgotten to include two additional blocks. I bought these instead of waiting a month for two more, and they work just as well.
