Will the rails flex or bend if I install a 3 1/2 HP router with a 1200mm width?

The router's weight should be supported by whatever rigid body these linear rails are attached to, not by these linear rails. It is not advisable to span. These are almost always installed without any sort of spanning. The rail has predrilled holes running the length of it, allowing it to be supported completely and securely.

I recently purchased the same-sized rails from a different supplier and was disappointed with the quality. I decided to give these guys a shot, and the quality difference is obvious. There is no bow in the rails. I was blown away by the length of these rails (1500mm). The blocks run smoothly, and the surface finish is good (for best results, clean both the rails and the blocks). Particularly at this price, I strongly recommend it.
