Parts described here match the ones in the description. According to the description, the primary picture on this posting shows 5p to 8p couplings, but they are actually 8p to 8p as the primary picture implies. In any case, the clamping method corresponds to the picture In reality, they are screw clamps rather than set screws. Despite having 2 days with them, I have not experienced any problems. I will update this review if there are any issues over the next few days.

The exact piece of hardware I was looking for was not found everywhere, and I thought it had been found. It turns out I could have purchased it on Amazon from any other vendor selling a cheap, barbaric design. I am not happy at all. For a while, I will not be using Amazon.

The flex connections are not designed to withstand heavy abuse, and I have broken 1 fairly quickly, but I feel I was just asking for too much out of them.
