Questions & Answers
The flex in these couplings is quite high. They're a soft alloy, so they're not a good fit for your project!
Yes, as long as the threads' outside diameter is 6mm. Please keep in mind that two grains on the coupler, once tightened on the threaded shaft, will exert a significant amount of pressure on the threads, potentially damaging them.
I'm not sure, but I wouldn't use them for high-rpm applications.
No, you must use a hex spanner of your own.

in the stairwell I purchased the 10x10mm size to connect a 425oz-capacity water bottle. After an hour of use, the stepper motor in my CNC machine failed. It might work for low-torque motors, but be aware that it isn't very powerful. It's only 18mm in diameter, compared to the 20mm diameter of the original. Most cnc couplings have a diameter of 25mm. This is more suited to a 3D printer than a CNC machine.
I've attached a photo of the coupler being bent because it's unclear from the description how flexible these couplers are.
With one exception, this works very well. It is swaying excessively. It's possible that this is my application. Everything else appears to be of acceptable quality.
cheapest price and quickest delivery.
My lulzbot mini was able to be restarted as a result of this. The original part was sheared because the axis was binding; I've already run the printer for 5 hours and it's working perfectly.
5mm. This is what I use to connect drivelines, shafts to transfercases, motors, and tranny on scale RC trucks.
Exactly what I expected. On a laser z table, this item is used to connect a DC motor to a screw drive shaft. It's fantastic!.
A good product of high quality.
