A belt from X was in a bag from Y, and a belt from Y was in a bag from X. Due to a recent failure of my Y belt, I needed this item. Immediately after installing the new belt, the brass crimp piece at the end of the new Y belt slid right off, I had no tension on it. It took a bit of finagling to get the crimp piece back on, but when I squeezed down on both pieces with some pliers, it stayed on. For the time being, this seems to be working.
Despite taking a chance on this belt set, I also found them to be the wrong length, as have others. My Ender 3 Pro belt was too short for its Y-axis belt so I had to use the one marked "X Axis" in the bag. I just figured they were mixed up, so I used the belt marked "X Axis" The situation did not play out as planned. There was also no belt in the "Y Axis" bag to use on the X Axis gantry, so I only had one usable belt. I would have rated it lower, but the belts are decent quality, so that seems to make this.
It is firmly attached to the end caps. Yeah, I'm completely lost for words. There are end caps on the end of the timing belt. Although I have not tested it, I think that it's a high-quality product. However, if you want to consider it, let me know. If you are like me, you will In some last ditch attempt to make them fit your CR6 SE, we attempted to use these on a CR6 SE, but they aren't suitable. Those are not the right sizes for that purpose. The only thing you need to do is buy a stock GT2 timing belt and cut it custom-sized and create your own caps (Thingiverse has some still available if you still have a working printer- It is okay to zip tie the solution for a long time It shouldn't be too long before somebody starts selling CR6 SE specific ones.
I'll start by saying that the belts came with the other bags, like other reviews have stated. Within a few weeks of use, the split took place. There is no tension at all. After trying to troubleshoot other issues, one layer shifted drastically while I was printing a few benchies. A third of the way through is torn. My goal was to have this belt last a while so I didn't have it too tightly tensioned. The belt was just tensioned enough to be taut, not overly tight. If you would like to purchase elsewhere, please do so.
Axis belt broke on a stock Ender 3 in the first print with this replacement belt. Not the best start to a printer. It is hoped that the replacement will not be as bad.
I used it with my Ender 3 V2 and it worked great! If you install the belt on the back pulley first, then you can install it on The process is much easier this way!.
As soon as I began noticing that my belt was fraying, I ordered them. However, when they arrived, the X axis belt barely fit, and the Y axis belt is too short to fit anything on it. Why would we want replacement parts that don't fit our machine, even when they are from the manufacturer.
The cracking is fairly noticeable on the back of the belt. It didn't bother me at first, but after the X-ray it became more obvious. During a cut in the belt, the belt snapped Create a printout. No cracks were found on this replacement, it was perfect. I definitely would buy from this store.
