The pulleys in my machine are smoothly set with 20t, so they work great.
Only regular scissors are used when cutting. Loop the end around the carriage and secure it using a ziptye and repeat the process on other end again.
We will have to determine how tight your belts should be to build up their pull strength. To my knowledge, I built any that fit up just fine during my construction process on my pen plotter. The reinforced belts have incredibly high tensile strength, and I guarantee you that. To spread the load evenly, you'll only need to bolt them down using a washer.
I get 1. With three inches in the excluding teeth, the measurement falls 38 mm.

Over the past few weeks, I no longer see wavy layers or pointing in any direction. I recently upgraded my Anet A8 3D printer with this belt. Compared to what I had on the original belt, I don't notice wavy layers or pointed corners anymore.
Didn't even survive enough time for it to be installed on one horizontal side. As soon as I tightened the first one up, it snapped. Besides not saying it: I never have ever discussed overtightening. As in, it went taut at the same time. When I unpack it for the first time, I have doubt. From the look of it, the belt looked thinner than the belt that had come with the machine originally (5/8). It appears that the belt manufacturing process has been seriously hacked.
This does indeed get thicker than mentioned in previous reviews, 1 inches thick instead of 0. 4 inches. The measurement in cm is greater than 1 mm, or 3 mL. 7 mm. Thanks to this slim belt, Monoprice i3 work just as well with your belt - eMonoprice i3 and this belt is as stretchy as stock belt - The load weight for this 1 meters of belt will be a little more than 10 mm, it won't improve the performance of the belt but it gives an acceptable replacement for it. I was hoping for better support with less elastic material.
Anet A8 printers should use this part to replace their stock belts. The item seems to have high quality and good material, but the belt is less thin than the stock one, so the x could fall off your belt. You may want to go back to the old hot end carriage with your clamping design as an axis tensior to prevent a breakdown. There isn't any reason for your eyes to be sensitive, even to the point of comparing the product's features to the stock Anet A8 belt, but you should keep that in mind.
Fiber is made up of this material. My review also referred to the reinforced belt that provides excellent protection from wear. As compared to my stock A8 belt that needed to be tightened a little to maintain tension, this belt does that for me as well. That means I can probably print four things with it since it provides great hold and I do not tighten it much.
Originally I was going to purchase this belt because the belt is called cheap and stretchy and came with the Tronxy x5sa 3d printer I recently purchased. Now that I have it, I intend to assemble it. When you use the right belt, you will definitely reap benefits. My absolute recommendation would be highly Recommended!.
Rather than switching out the rigid drive belt as set up on my first ANET A8, I swapped it out on my ANET A8. Detailed scans of the motors on the stepper - this is an interesting improvement. You can now feel that, as opposed to earlier models, it has a more precise stretch between muscles. This was done for both the x and y axis. A bit easier to print with the improved consistency.
My anet a8 has been upgraded from his current level the best we have witnessed yet. smoother and more precise in every way. More problems, better tension control, fewer slippas euse, easier to tension, less slippage on sprokets. On all fronts, how about going away an massive an over the stock vinyl? extremely recirculated!.
