Yes. Everything is ready to use right out of the box. These will, however, necessitate the use of a different BB tool, such as the Park BBT29 or the Wheels MFG tool. These angular contact bearings are much more durable than the Race Face bearings.

I use a race face next r crank and an Ibis ripmo. A 3 mm thick backplate adapter houses the chainguide tabs. The extra leverage from being 3mm further out caused the driveside bearing cup to shear off the threaded part of the BB for some reason. Bearings are good, but I've had three of them so far, and I'm not sure I trust them enough to make it through a race.
It's well-made, arrived quickly, and was reasonably priced; I would highly recommend this vendor.
