Selected User Reviews For Forney 1711 Torch Kit, Heavy Duty, Deluxe, Victor Type Oxygen Acetylene
A few minutes after using the torch, the fire starts shooting from the handle near the knobs. Having just recently used it, I've realized it's completely useless. I bought it a few months ago and just now got an opportunity to use it. In other words, it's not any of the connections that you screw together when you buy the kit, it's.
When you pay for something, you get what you paid A replacement for a worn out torch of another brand that is super heavy duty and built to last a lifetime. We are using the torch in a dealership to replace a broken one of another brand.
I like it.
This is such a great idea.
THE PACKAGE IS NICE.
I've never used it, but I already have the T-rated hose for propane, and I called Forney to inquire about whether it can also be used for propane instead of Acetylene. The company does not recommend it, but I think it is very likely fine or they would not include a T rated hose. The look of quality that comes with it being a heavy duty set is pleasing to me, but I wish it was manufactured here instead of in China. When I get my gas for it, I will be able to use it but I still need to fill the oxygen tank and buy.
