It depends on the material used to construct the tank.
Yes, it is compatible with the Seadoo Spark. The hull of the Spark is made of polypropylene that has been reinforced with long strand glass fibers. This rod will weld to it, but the long fiber strands will necessitate a little extra effort to get the best results because they will interfere with the weld. I'd also suggest using some 2045-based products. W stainless steel mesh was used to reinforce the repair.
Yes, they are very flexible, but they will not keep that shape. If you can secure it in that shape and then slowly heat it in the oven, I'm sure it will keep the shape you want.
If the water tank is made of polypropylene, 1/8" polypropylene rod can be used to weld it together.

lowering the melting point This was most likely a mistake, but I thought this would fix a 1991 Dodge gas tank. The lower melting temperature caused a slew of issues when it came to sealing the actual gash. Surprisingly, some non-polypropylene rods included in a plastic welding kit turned out to be the correct material. br>br>I had read that gas tanks were made of polypropylene, so I ordered one, but it didn't work, as I previously stated. Otherwise, the rods appeared to be in good condition and did what they claimed to do. I simply used them incorrectly. The vendor, too, was fantastic. I didn't request a refund because it was my fault. I'll make something else with the remaining rods.
Everything should be fine as long as they see it hold. Next. They managed to break the thing this time. The panel, on the other hand, did not loosen and fall down until after 100,000 miles. It took some patience to get everything to work because I was only using a portable butane soldering iron to try to melt these rods to complete the task at hand. Finally, after some final sanding, the interior panel is back in my truck and looking as good as new (if not better). I would strongly advise anyone who needs to repair Polypropylene (PP) plastics to use these rods. I'd discovered that a little patience, practice, and the proper temperature setting on the heat source can make a big difference. Never again will I attempt to superglue plastics.
The average cost of polypro welding rod is only $10 per pound. I was purchasing 1 pound bags of various welding rods at the time, and in my haste, I missed the fact that this one was not a pound, but others beware.
Works well; however, I dislike the color; however, there is only one more step to complete the process: painting.
