We ordered this tool hoping it would make connecting the many cable ends As a result, I returned the item and ordered the Klien Tools VDV312. The 012 series This SEN Cushion provides the ideal level of comfort The grip is a In lieu of this, use the Connector Insertion and Extraction Tool. Next, I used Klien again on a large project, and it worked like a charm.
I like this tool because it is high quality.
I have been having a difficult time witht he coax plugs in TVs. The plugs need to be placed into hard-to-reach "holes. " I had a hard time getting the cables attached and snugged. As well as being easier on the fingers, twirling the metal connectors manually is not as exhausting.
Though often the bnc or f-line will be more convenient, this is not quite as useful as I thought.
You won't be able to slide the connector over if you're not almost perfectly lined up with it.
I bought it for a purpose other than BNC usage, therefore it does not meet that need. Overall it looks great, but it only fits F connectors it is not appropriate for BNC use.
I often use it to pull BNC connectors off Analog DVRs. It was shipped on time and arrived in good condition. Buying this item was a good deal, and it's very effective. I have no more to add.
