I printed a UPS label and had to change a bunch of print settings and then resize it to like 70% in order for it to even print on the page. That's not a big deal, I reasoned; I can work with it. br>br>The next day, I attempted to use it, but it refused to load the paper. When I printed, it would pull the paper through and then eject it so far out the back that it wouldn't pull it back through. I discovered that I needed to manually feed it in almost a full sheet to keep it from being thrown out the back so far. The first sheet will then print incorrectly, but the second sheet will at least line up. Now I'm kicking myself for wasting twice as much paper. br>br>However, I recently discovered that this printer will not print from EBAY for an extended period of time. It also won't print USPS labels from PAYPAL. The issue is that the printer prompt is set up incorrectly when printing on an 8. 2 labels per page on a 5x11 sheet. I haven't been able to figure out how to print this on a 4x6 printer. I called tech support three times, and each time they returned my call at 4 a. m. , I was too sleepy to communicate with them because my phone had woken me up. br>I tried calling again yesterday, but there was no answer. Honestly, I'm going to return this printer and try a different model right now. Oh, I almost forgot. br>br> The printing is a little hazy. Small white spots on the barcodes indicate that the label did not print it completely. I'm skeptical of the other models on Amazon because they all appear to have the same basic design, but I'm going to return it and hope that the others will address those three major issues better.
It wasn't compatible with my computer, so I returned it.
For a month, it worked perfectly. I purchased it so that I could print a large number of labels at once and attach them to a package with ease. br>br>After that, it only printed ten pages until it crashed. Then there are five more pages. Then 3. Now I'm hoping to get one before the driver has to be reinstalled. It also prints one page but continues to roll for another two or three pages despite the fact that there is no need to keep feeding it. It easily misaligns, and any time saved by using this instead of printed paper is far outweighed by the stress you'll be under as you beg and plead with it to just print one simple page. br>br>Do not purchase this item, and do not skimp on a label maker. Even if it was free, I wouldn't accept it.
I'm serious. The size of each compartment dwarfs my large collection of medications. Any concerns that they won't be large enough can be put to rest. It's adequate in size. Second, each day's compartment locks securely, so you won't spill pills when you dump the day's meds into your palm. Even so, releasing the lid is as easy as pressing a "button. " Arthritic hands need not fear; opening and closing these compartments is very easy on the hands and joints. These pill sorters have been a great purchase for me.
I am unable to open the driver after it has been installed on my Mac. Then there were two unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service. It's time to return.
This label maker irritates me to no end. I'd rather get my regular printer back up and running. This label printer was a complete waste of money and a nightmare to use. This printer is something I despise and wish I could get rid of! It takes a lot of time and isn't very practical.
It wasn't easy, but I made it. The printer came with a small batch of labels that printed beautifully! I had ordered a box of Rollo 4x6 labels, quantity, knowing that I would need more. Then things take a turn for the worse. The labels are not aligned with the paper when they are printed. In the gaps, blank labels are printed. br>br>Let me be clear about something. When you add new label paper to the printer, it becomes sluggish. I've spent 30 labels and an hour trying to figure out what's going on. If you despise wasting time on jerky technology, I strongly advise you to stay away from this. This isn't a good time.
br>They are well-made and have great compartments for am and pm pills. br>Only issue, which isn't a deal breaker for me, is that I ordered six of them and only four arrived with the included labels. br>I'm assuming they're for display on the side, perhaps on a higher shelf? We didn't need them. br>Perhaps I'm not understanding how they're supposed to be used.
