Usually, I can get two lines of text out of it. I've never attempted to obtain additional copies because the text would be too small for my needs.

I buy Brady Label cassettes on a regular basis, but the failure rate from Amazon orders is 20%. I opened the bag, installed the new 3/4" spool, and started using it as usual, as I did just yesterday. After three successful labels, or about 4" of material, the transfer tape suddenly pops out, perfectly separated, not torn, and not attached to the take up reel, rendering the remainder of the product useless. So, another one to toss in the trash. Some Brady product providers, I believe, are selling defective off-the-shelf surplus. Expect your failure rate to be 20% as you calculate your price to be 20% as you calculate your price to be 20% as you calculate.
This 3/4" tape has been in my possession for over a year (though I rarely use it). The tape itself is perfect for what I need it for. The only issue is that the print on the tape is made with a thin, delicate black film. During the printing process, the film is supposed to be wound up on a reel. Several of my tape sizes (3/8", 1/2", and 3/4") have broken due to this film. Then I have to carefully peel off the white tape and ensure that the black film comes out with it. It gets stuck inside the tape discharge area if it doesn't come out.
Two out of the five items on the list are defective - The ribbon has become tangled and is unable to roll up. I was able to locate the first one in time to obtain a replacement. I tried to return the second one, but it was too late. That's a twenty-five dollar bill. To me, it's a loss of 00 plus. Brady has a lot of support on my team. We can't afford to keep using costly label cartridges that aren't working. I also don't have the time to contact Amazon customer service and ask for special treatment based on the circumstances.
These . 75in labels are incredibly durable and adhere to almost any surface. They're also quite thick, so you can use them to make labels in both horizontal and vertical orientations. I've used these to label everything from wires to panels to drawers to PCB boards. Because these labels are so large, there is a lot of wasted space when using larger fonts, resulting in more waste. Overall, the labels are excellent, but the price could be a little lower.
I'm on my second roll, and the adhesive isn't working properly. I've had good luck with this product in the past for eire labels, but the last two cartridges have both loosened and fallen off the cables being labeled. I can only assume that these labels are either being stored incorrectly in a hot warehouse, or that they are counterfeit or seconds. Look for a source that is more dependable.
Unless you're working with very small wire, this is the one to use. Weather-resistant, long-lasting, sticky, conformable, and durable. I prefer the 3/4 size because it is ideal for my wiring numbering needs. It's a bit pricey, but when you consider that Brady doesn't waste label like the low-cost labelers, it's actually a better deal.
I like the product's quality and my label maker, which is fantastic. br>br>I deducted one star because the labels are so expensive, and it seems like you go through a new cartridge so quickly when you're making a lot of labels. I haven't done a thorough cost analysis, but it appears that we go through a lot of them without actually using them. br>br>I've also discovered that every time I change sizing, I need to make one short label because the first label that comes out always prints the first letter half-way through. I'm not sure if it's the label or the label maker because I don't have another label maker to test my cartridges on, and it works on 6mm, 1/2", and 3/4" labels. It's not the end of the world, but it's worth noting.
It's an excellent tape. I really like how Brady tape doesn't have a split in the back. The backing of the tape extends beyond the edge of the tape, making installation much quicker. You'll save (almost) incalculable amounts of time and effort. The quality of the adhesive is unrivaled. When I need to relabel a wire and it's too difficult to remove the old one, I just put a new one on top of it. I prefer this tape to any other I've tried.
