I use it on two of my water spigots because it is simple to adjust

It's very simple to get the right fit. Other lockout devices I tried were too small for the spigots, so being able to adjust it was very convenient.

To prevent theft, it worked exactly as it was supposed to. The plastic's strength is adequate against the average thief, but it appears to be easy to break with a little leverage and the right tool. Overall, it is appropriate for the job.
