This ESD pad is made primarily of premium rubber, which provides excellent heat insulation and anti-static performance while also being resistant to oil, grease, and most solvents. It will protect your work surface once it has been flattened out.

Not only will the ESD rubber matting protect delicate components from static discharge, but it will also help to prevent damage to parts or components during handling and production. It's good enough to get the job done and keep static at bay.

The ESD high temperature mat is made up of two layers: a top layer of static dissipative rubber and a bottom layer of black conductive rubber that is resistant to acid, alkali, chemical soldering flux, wear, and is easy to clean.

The electrical grounding mat measures 300 x 60cm/118 x 23 inches in size. 6 inch, 2 mm thick, can be cut to fit any workspace, fits on almost any bench or work surface, and provides enough space for your project.

2 x 10e6 – 10e8 ohms on top, 8 x 10e3 – 10e5 ohms on the bottom.

ESD protection that is very effective

I've tried a lot of different anti- Static mat products, all with mixed results, meaning that despite having such products and correctly using them (I'm a very experienced electronics engineer both in my job and in my hobbies at home), I've lost a few items due to electro-static discharge over the years. the discharge of static electricity None of the other products were able to dissipate static charge as quickly or effectively as this one. This is rolled out across the entire length of my work table, which is 7 feet. length. A grounding wire has been attached to one of the corners using a simple nut, bolt, and washer. If you want to be more formal, you could use a metal snap. The high static charges that build up when crossing the floor in front of my work table are instantly and completely dissipated whenever I approach and touch this mat anywhere on its surface, with a snuffed clicking sound but no unpleasant discharge pain. All of my delicate electronic items are safely stored on this mat. PROS: br>br> ESD dissipation that is quick and painless. free, eye-catching color, and high-quality Temp resistant, affordable, and simple to cut to size. br>br>CONS: For about a week, it smells a little'stinky' with a rubbery odor. I'm extremely sensitive to chemicals and toxic gas venting, but I've never experienced any health problems as a result of it. effects, having placed this in my work room without first allowing it to vent in the garage, and spending full work days in my work room.

The smell is fantastic, but it's a little harsh

The product is excellent, but the scent is overpowering at first. The strong rubbery odor is causing headaches in some people. I've only had it unraveled for a day, so I'm hoping it'll go away on its own.
