In terms of non-slipping, it is pretty good. Is definitely not going to slip around on a Your mouse will not function properly if it doesn't have one of its sliding pads.
If it needs to be trimmed and cut, you can do that. If you can, you might want to use a sharp utility knife (new blade) together with a straight edge to guide the blade on the top (blue side) and something underneath (such as cardboard or plywood) so the blade cuts through every inch of You have to apply a lot of pressure to the ESD material because it is tough. An alligator clip can be easily attached anywhere along the edge of the map using the ESD wrist strap cable. You will need to attach the mat to a ground wire with another cable. Because my wrist strap incorporates a banana plug on one end, I connected it into a 3M 3048 Wrist Strap/Table Mat Common Point Grounding System, which also serves as a ground for the floor mat (I do not know if Amazon carries this item). In order to attach my 3M Grounding system, I bought a set of ESD snaps on Amazon (Bertech 10mm Snap Sockets for grounding anti static mats) and installed the snaps at one corner of the mat, then plugged in the 3M.
Definitely. No problem at all.

After some time, the edges curl into a sharp point. A smooth surface usually is easier to clean than a textured one. The bottom rubber is grippy, so it will not slide around while you're working on it. A new update is available. As the edges curl up, the book seems wrinkly. There has been a slight curling on the edges of the laminate when I've placed it on different surfaces. There appears to be a shrinkage of the top grey layer, which is pulling up the black layer below it. I have not seen this occurrence in any of the mats we have used before. It also absorbed dark marks from a microscope base with rubber feet on it that sat on top of On the outside of the feet, a brown band has now appeared. Dark stains were not picked up by previous mats, but small marks were left. There may be a problem with the rubber feet on the microscope base, but this may be related to their quality (or lack thereof). My opinion is that I would not buy this product I'm almost certain we will go back to the more expensive mat we previously had in the shop when we order more.
Having reviewed this for two years, I am sad to knock it down to two, or perhaps In the real world, the matt has held up reasonably well however, under fluorescent light (that contains UV) it has faded severely. Before I noticed the bench we use for more rough 'mechanical' assembly - the one we use a lot for rough assembly - I've never noticed it before. Lexan/plexi-glass piece was attached to the back of it This bench was built with a glass layer over a portion of the matt (ESD was not a big concern on Until I looked under this thin plexiglass, I had no idea what the difference was The UV light had been blocked by the plexiglass, so the floor was like new under it. When it's exposed to fluorescent lights for two years (no sunlight), it fades into a yellowish color A green color. There is nothing to worry about skin oils or other chemicals here, and this is a climate-controlled The mats I own come in other brands, but not this one. This is the original review The mat is nice A flat sheet of paper is ready to use right out of the roll, and the roll has no This doesn't include any snaps or hardware, just to let you know. A drywall tee and utility knife blade can be used to easily cut around the joint.
There is no substitute for true quality in this stuff. I got mine in a big roll that you could use to beat a home invader to death. Also, I was surprised to find that although it was shipped in a tight roll, it didn't have very much "memory" once As soon as I stepped out on the flat, I was in
Will you burn if you use this product? You should check! How long does it last? You should check! Do you like it thick and nice? You should check! Is it expensive? Well, I guess so. On this one, I would say that you get what you pay for.
After using some other high temperature wad may that wasn't nearly as good as this, I bought this. As soon as hot air soldering was completed, this bubbled immediately. It may be okay in terms of ESD, and I prefer gray to blue in terms of color, but I will have to order something else for my solder bench.
Anti-UV protective film of good quality A mat made of static conductive material. If you use a 850 deg F soldering iron, the resulting mark is very small, but a drop of molten solder leaves no trace. The snaps cut easily, and can be easily attached to your own designs. The following one tip might be helpful If you need to join two sections of mat, then you can simply use duct tape to secure the joint underneath with aluminum foil. Unless I am misinterpreting you, I am sorry to say that the ends of this roll are not.
With high heat, it will discolor but will not melt. Although it is not the best stuff, it is alright. The surface resistivity of this sample is in line with the commercially available stuff (3M, etc. ). Both the top and bottom of the mat are smooth, but it is heavy enough and sticky enough to stay in place. There is only one problem high temperatures discolor it. I can see that it turns black when I hold the soldering iron. The cheap vinyl ones don't melt as easily as the acrylic ones, but they It is still a good, low cost replacement. I use an old piece of the high end product in order to solder this one on.
A lot of mat for a good price. It keeps me from damaging circuits by preventing static shocks on my work bench (chunk one) and work cart (chunk two), as well as on my desk and shelf. It's obvious to anyone reading this, but if you don't, it's not. *The mat itself is fairly flexible and can be cut into pieces without too much difficulty. It's fairly thick, approximately 1/16" thick, and lays flat with ease. There is a black side on the back. It's only logical that I would get an antidepressant if I were truly serious You will need a static wrist cuff as well. The way things are now, I just make sure I touch the mat before doing.
Although I knew this mat would be nice, I was amazed at how nice it is! There is very little smell to it, and like plastic/PVC mats, it either unrolls completely flat or curls at the edges like some mats do. MATTING is virtually cut and puncture proof, extremely temperature resistant, and has no odor to speak of. It is a very useful, professional, and effective mat when it is equipped with a grounding kit. I'm sure it will last a lifetime! Thank you!.
