Bearings do not exist and cause the machine to bind when used

A well-built pulley without bearings, though it is very sturdy. If the cable is under tension (35 lbs), it slides over the pulley rather than As a result, the cable will be worn out and break. It didn't make sense to me that the pulley would bind and freeze up when the force is far below.
