It's a lot of fun to mix dry flours together for bread flour! This was purchased to combine dry bread flours for storage

For that purpose, it is ideal. The length is ideal for mixing in a 5 gallon pail without having to bend over. The head is smaller than I expected, but that is what makes it suitable for purchase; it would be awkward if it were any larger.
