It consists of three 1/2-inch screws. The wheels and screws I have are from this set. You can have the items for half the price if you need them. I ordered them but could come up with something else to use them for. Brand new, they have yet to be used. Send me an email if you have any questions.
My apologies, I'm not sure what you mean by "computer cases.". They are very small wheels and can only roll in a straight line. There is only one location to attach them with screws or bolts that you provide. As they are so small, they can only roll over smooth surfaces. As such, if that sounds like what you need then yes, if not then no. *br>I use mine just fine on low shag carpet, but that is all they are used for, something heavy that doesn't move around a lot.
