Yes, as long as you set the pen to calibration mode, it should calibrate if the numbers are close to 2, which they should be. 7 degrees Celsius, or 1350 parts per million. Always read the pen's instructions before using it. If the pen won't calibrate or the numbers are too far apart, the probe may need to be replaced; they do break down from time to time.
This is the 250 mL version of the larger bottle.

As a result, it is required. The temperature affects the PPM calibration solution. To get an accurate reading, it must be at least 27 degrees Celsius. Other solutions I've bought in the past have a sliding scale on the bottle that shows what to expect at various temperatures. This one doesn't, so it was a real pain to get it to the right temperature. When I asked Bluelab if they had any literature on the subject, their standard response was, "Our meters come pre-calibrated. " There's nothing that can be done about it. br>Was planning on getting the Hannah solution, but this offered free Prime same-day shipping. It was also not delivered the same day. A complete letdown.
The bottle was simply stuffed into a padded mailer because it didn't have a sealed lid. It leaked into the mailer, and I only received a fraction of the solution I paid for.
It works flawlessly.
This is excellent for calibrating.
Excellent seller and product.
In addition, one bottle lasts a long time, which is excellent value for money.
Everything is new and good.
