Secondly, the black plug on the side you mention refers to the black vacuum port on the side. This area cannot be touched, since if the vacuum port breaks, the liquid nitrogen tank will not have insulation. There will be no issue with the sticky residue it is a kind of gel that serves no significant purpose and will disappear once dry.

This device also stores liquid oxygen, or is it meant to store inert gases only?
