Plastic is too thin to be sturdy and will break/crack very easily. Unfortunately, they have cut the life cycle of a product as they have with just about everything nowadays. The old standard for making these cans durable is no longer the case. Purchase does not make sense. Buy metallic if you want to go old school. It is supposed to take 2 days for the delivery, but it took 4 days I have not been able to determine the cause after 5 days. As an Amazon Prime member, I am able to purchase this product for a flat rate.

This can was bought to be able to collect ground clippings in a larger container. I found Costco's 33 gallon black trash bags to be ideal for this can. With the rim holding the bags tight, you can pack a lot of branches in it without having to worry about the bag falling over. Although the bags fit so tightly inside the can, they can trap air inside the body of the container when filled, but removing the bags is easy because the container comes with built-in air channels. It might make sense to drill a hole near the top in one of the channels so that air can escape while the bag is being filled.

I bought a dolly (with a weight limit of 250 lbs) and rolled 25 gal of water around the house. I love how it works! A bow was attached to the base of the one I received.
