Questions & Answers

What if you want to grip a cushion to a hardwood chair with them? How would you go about solving that problem?

Yes, I would say. In that case, gluing the pad to the cushion would be necessary. Rather than using Velcro, I would recommend using small pieces of it

Can these be used to keep a small footstool in place on hardwood floors?

Based on how well they keep my bed from slipping, I believe they would work well on a Unfortunately, I have no idea what the smallest size available You might be able to trim a size that is larger to something that matches the diameter of the bases of your footstool's legs.

Do you know if these will keep area rugs on carpet from moving?

I did not have any problem with it. During the summer, we bought a new set of furniture that moved around when we sat on it. We have hard wood floors. The system has been in place now for several months and is still working well!

When used with beds, how do they work? Does it matter how thick they are?

I have no problems with it.

Surface of polished stone is slick enough that furniture remains stuck
5/5

Every time we sat down or reclined on our slick floors, our dual reclining sofa seemed to walk all by itself. We had to find a way to fix the six tiny feet (roughly 1'' dia. ) we found on polished stone floors. Our immediate results were obtained once we installed the 2" pads on the sofa's feet. Before applying the flooring, we carefully cleaned the floor and the feet with alcohol to help ensure The furniture does not move even when you apply some force to move it. Although the sofa has been used a lot, including dual recliners, it has remained in place for weeks. In fact, I hadn't anticipated that these pads would work this well, yet I am delighted. As for the 3" pads, I used them on another recliner and they worked If you need to buy a smaller size, measure the area around your feet in order to determine the right size. Although it is small, the 2" has incredibly strong holding power.

I am in awe! It is actually possible to use them
5/5

As a handicapped person with a wooden floor, I need to be able to move around. Having a tendency to slip is never a good thing. In view of the slipping issue, my neighbor suggested that I look for a product to prevent furniture from sliding. These caught my eye, but I never thought they would actually happen. Obviously, nothing can prevent things from slipping on a smooth surface, but these pads prevent certain things from slipping. You might want to make them feel like they have the choice to stick. It is easy for me to get into bed with a portable step. In order to lay down without being too close to the edge, I sit on the side to push myself farther back. The reason I'm telling you this is because they must be glued on the stool for them to work properly. I ended up buying another set since these are so good.

Please do not use those rubber feet any longer! This set of 12 leg king-sized bed legs was exactly what we needed for our king-sized bed
5/5

It has hardwood floors and we don't anticipate staying in this apartment long, so we're not planning on putting this bed to use - Because of this, my bed kept sliding away from the wall every night, so I needed a temporary, yet solid solution. There are rubber feet and pad options, but I can tell they won't hold, and other reviews confirm this. My last attempt at finding a bed that will stay put led me to give it one more try before giving up on my dream. These were the next ones I found. four legs of my bed (shoulder injury. I have bought only one product to hold furniture in place that I will ever purchase again! I did not wind up with my pillows trapped between the wall and the bed, nor did I see the bed move at all. When I can maneuver the bed on the other sides, I'll use them on those legs as well, but even so, I'm confident that the bed won't move! I don't know if it makes much difference that the feet of the bed are larger, but they do seem to be more secure. Those trees seem like they'll hold up if you have to cut them down, but you can't really tell by looking at them. don't have to rush to buy a bed I don't want so that it will stop traveling, nor do I have to hurry to move so I can get the bedroom set of my dreams. This is a great deal at.

I cannot move my furniture because of the lack of traction
3/5

The furniture side of these work well on heavy furniture that doesn't move around very much and does not affect the wood floor as much. I bought them for a bed that slides around on my wood floor, but didn't realize the furniture side was less durable than I expected. The "floor" side will have more friction than the "floor" side. As a result, I was left with a product that was too damaged to return (dust and pet hair, along with depressions from furniture legs), but I stopped using them because my bed just slipped off the discs and made scratches on my floor. The mattresses will probably end up being used for something like my dresser. That way, people won't have to get on and off of it as much as my In that case. My purposes would not benefit from it, but it may prove useful for something that has less stress on it and is heavy/want to stay in place longer.

There will be no more sliding beds
5/5

The product did what it was supposed to do, which was to prevent a heavy antique bed from sliding (walking) out of position in our bedroom in a lateral fashion. As this bed is so heavy, we were unable to attach the grips to the bed posts at both headboard and foot board ends and stuck them to the post at the foot board end only. We are however able to keep the bed firmly in the place we desire because they prevent the sideways movement of the bed on the That's it! The problem is.

The sectional couch is held in place by this
5/5

People would sit down on my sofa sectional and it would slide all over my hardwood floors. It is the Dura Grip Heavy Duty Rounds that I purchased. I helped my husband glue these down the bottom of the legs (we took it off of the sectional from time to time to let it Friends of mine told me that I should glue them on. I believe they are adhesive backed. I love these! We almost need two members of the family to move every piece of the sectional. My grandsons not only vomit on the couch, they jump on it as well, and it no longer moves across the floor. I would consider it 'teenager proof' since it no longer moves across the floor when they jump on it.

It keeps the sofa firmly in place
5/5

My intent was to try and keep my couch in place with these. It is six feet wide and four feet tall, with a leather couch I'd like to have six inches away from the window it is facing so that curtains can be opened and closed As soon as three dogs and two humans use it continuously, it constantly pushes toward the window, so I had to reposition it every week or so. My sofa does not budge after these are set under the five feet (the fifth foot is in the center of my sofa). In fact, since installing the cushions, I haven't had to alter the couch at all. My heart is full of love for To give you an example, I have vinyl laminate flooring.

It's a bit of a miracle! It is impossible to describe how much I love these little dang things
5/5

In their own words, they are absolutely brilliant at what they do. The bench thing I have when I edit (youtube video editor here) allows me to kick my feet up and I used to have to put a chair on the overside of it and pack as many HEAVY things as I could find here in my office to keep it from moving. There are four of these little guys in my office now, and they do not BUDGE a cent. These tiny things are so good at what they do that I find it hard to believe. This is insane and I am so in love with them.
