I suspect this whisk broom/dust pan was on the bit of card board which wrapped the handle (see item pic) and so no labelling on the item itself was required by the FTC (since this is not a textile, fur, automotive or so on type of

Sturdy bristles give this brush a great deal of strength. There may not be enough stiffness to soak up deeply embedded dirt in car rugs

This has been described in reviews of various dustpans on Amazon. The Libman set was also within this category until I purchased it, but now I can say my search for the perfect set is There is one important feature (IMO) of the Libman dustpan - its rubber "lip" is not present. In most dustpans, this is the achilles heel, where the lip actually works against you, not allowing you to sweep away small particles. They are left on the floor because they were picked up. Additionally, the Libman dustpan is noticeably thicker than any other dustpan I've owned, and I believe that this is what keeps the opening flat and level. the middle of the mouth or opening commonly bows or warps (like a piece of wood). This causes dirt to be swept under the pan rather than into it since the bottom of the opening rests unevenly on the floor. opening of the Libman does not exhibit this issue and sits evenly on the floor along the length of it. Finally, the ergonomic handles on the whisk and pan are very nice, making it very comfortable yet still compact. I am happy with this purchase, as I can finally stop searching Amazon and Home Depot for a better version and go straight to my favorite store. I'm on a cleaning spree now.
The product I purchased was fine for me. From reading the reviews, it seems that this does work well as cat litter for many people. The dirt I get is a little sticky and I don't prefer it for everyday use with a two year old and tile. I prefer when brooms have rubber strips, it's a bit more sturdy and the bristles are tight and sturdy on this one. Yes, it fits nicely together for storage, but contrary to previous reviews I wish it had a In order for me to get all of it into the dustpan with the hard plastic, I have to sweep multiple times to make sure it sticks to my floors.
When I started using this, I didn't realize what I had been missing out on! The whisk/dust pan I had was old and worn out, so I had to buy A much stronger, much easier to use, and a far more efficient alternative. Since the last cat is in her final resting place (RIP), I've disposed of the old one and replaced it with dustpan set is made of a thinner plastic than my previous Libman set (I had never noticed that they were the same until the new set arrived, just wanted the same style) and though it works well, one of the handles broke (the loop near the top of the handle). It is important to have several different styles of brooms and dustpans from the Libman brand, all of which I like very much. Both the dustpans and the brooms last a long time. Dustpans do not have rubber edges, so they do not break or fall apart. The edge on the dustpans is very well designed, so smaller particles are collected. These brooms are nice and heavy duty and the dustpans are also heavy-duty. am a fan of the quality products made by this.
The dustpan and brush I used to have was not as sturdy or good as the one I had before! The dustpan plastic is not as sturdy as the one on the shelf. I couldn't catch all the litter from my cat box with the flat edge of this litter tray like I did with my last one. Thought it wasn't too bad considering the low cost.
