It was easy to put together, but I had to buy extra bolts from the retailer because my package was missing some. I like how lightweight it is There are both good and bad sides to it. Chairs that are more expensive are usually not as sturdy as cheaper ones. Although it does the job, it isn't perfect. Up until I had been using it steadily for about two months. I was distraught when the chair began leaking hydraulic fluid, making a popping noise and sliding slowly when I tried to offer a service to a client. Likewise, the base does not feel quite heavy enough to perfectly balance the whole piece. After contacting the company regarding the leaking fluid, they have not returned my emails or answered any questions I had. It seems I am outside the timeframe for any help with this issue, as I spoke with Amazon's customer service. For me, the purchase of this device was a big deal, and I am extremely unhappy with my choice to purchase it from this seller and from Amazon. Buy one from a supply company and you will be glad you did. There is no point in spending money on this chair. Definitely not on a long-term basis. If you want a product you can count on, spend a little more or buy it from a company that stands behind their products.
It is poorly made, everything you drop on it stains them, there is no way to clean them, better than a 1 year.
Several of these salon mats have been purchased by my salon for a reasonable price. It's small and has most of the cushion behind it, and there's not much on the sides either. We've had them for a couple of years, but now the sides are starting to lift and I will not purchase more of these when I buy new ones, I will purchase better quality ones instead.
