Thank you for asking, Betty. It will certainly withstand such a test. Even at one inch thick, however, it wouldn't be easy to roll up. A workstation that is built to be used standing or sitting is perfect for the mat. We keep the mat under the desk, and bring it out when we need it. The chairs aren't meant to be on top of it. This may be of help.
We use them both indoors and outdoors and they work just as well for standing purposes as well. They are made of closed cell foam so will soak up some water after a while when left out in the rain.
A description will describe the dimensions of the photo, so we can list those in the description as well, so extreme standing Matt large is 18 x 36.
Having a 5' x 7' mat made to order would be one of our custom sizes. There are three 3'x7' mats in item # 5070.

In terms of weight, it is very lightweight yet thick at the same time. When standing on it, it is very soft yet not flimsy. It feels like I barely sink half way and it is not as soft as memory foam, but very durable and strong, perfect for its purpose. It keeps its shape well, even when you place it at a standing desk (with socks) to stretch or massage your feet. It has a 1" beveled edge, so you can stand on it or hang your heels over it to stretch your feet or massage your bottom. The second one I will be getting will be Getting an L size made sense for me as it fits well and has enough space for me to step around.
In order to stock my home shop with more and/or larger ones of these, I would like to purchase multiples. Due to the fact that I have only one, I will have to make do with it and move it around as I require. It is all but impossible to compare the EXTREME standing mat to three large thin fatigue mats I have. This has been recommended to a few of my friends already.
He was at my house helping me with my brakes while we were at a friend's house. A few of them he had. You don't want to be kneeling on concrete as you get older. Making a difference in these areas is crucial. This book is highly recommended.
The cushions are soft and provide a lot of cushioning.
They are heavily used in our shop with our mechanics using them and our parts people using them when standing in one place for an extended period. They are a fantastic product and I would recommend them to anyone who has to stand or kneel for long periods.

The kneeling mat from this manufacturer was used by one of our contractors at work and he Yesterday, I received the 18" x 36" standing mat, and I was astonished by how cushiony it was. There is no comparison to the mat I have at work, which I thought was of good quality. The idea of stepping away from this mat is almost uncomfortable after standing on it for a while.
The mat is incredibly light and cushioned all at the same time. The container is made very well and is very I like how it feels on my feet and legs. My job involves standing on concrete all day long. It has a good cleaning ability.
I love how soft and squishy it is. Wear it at work to reduce fatigue during long periods on concrete floor. This book is highly recommended.
