The rugs do not adhere to the floor, so they move I find this mat to be very nice-it is not too thick so that it does not create a trip hazard, but also it does not stick too much During a cooking session, it can easily be slipped around, and this makes it a danger

In the event that someone steps off of the edge of the mat, the mat slips away from their feet. Now that I am used to it after spending most of my day on it, I don't think of it as an inconvenience. During other people's walk around me or when I am not on the mat, I have had it move on them without them noticing. There is a problem that I am unsure of how to solve. Except for that, there is nothing bad to say about the mat. It has a low profile, is clearly visible, is comfortable, but it moves too easy.

My favorite type of mat is the one with no holes, this type can be swept clean with little effort. I bought two and am very pleased with them. Stand on this and your back will be much easier.
