Mousetrap- - According to its product description, you only need to cut a hole in the ceiling, and spring loaded wings hold it in place In the same way, spring clips will automatically tighten It can be adjusted to fit a variety of wall thicknesses. It does not require any housing to be installed.
When you unscrew the inner rim, you will place the Gu10 inside it and then screw it back on. It is essential that I return each one. The idea is good, but the quality is poor.
The only difference is that these are only fixtures that hold the halogen or LED light. No matter what light you decide to use, be sure to follow your area's connection electrical codes. You should note It is important that you read my review on this product so you don't run into the same problems I did.
The fixture will support both of those MR 16 bulbs and any bulb that has an MR 16 base, so it will be compatible.

There is no way it will The flat top MR 16 bulbs have 3 bulbs. A good shape would be like a snow cone or an ice cream At the very center, the tops are flat, but from the lip where they hold on, they have a slant. They work well with a flush-mounting system. I am not sure of the gu10 mr 16 bulbs' performance, but I assume there is no difference. They're a good value brand at Walmart. I got mine from there. Take a 2 and cut it in half. By drilling a 5" hole, you could lift one spring through and then push up another until it fit, then slant the fixture until both spring fit and you were finished. All the way through the house I put these. For the two by my bed, I plan on buying some cheaper ones. You can pull out the spring ears and put them back, just make sure they are pointing in the right direction. because I wouldn't mind using them everywhere but I can get two other pairs for half price. If the other shoes are half as good as these, I'll switch over to them if these are not in stock. I'll just have to wait for the lights to be replaced before I begin. Wishing you a happy and peaceful new year.
I'm writing a review for the following product But, in addition to a great concept, it must also be a product of high quality and workmanship, and this is where this product fell short. Let me explain. Having ordered four of the following items from Amazon, 50% of them became defective, to the point that the light bulb would not fit on the fixture, as described on the Amazon web site • "For small LED or halogen MR16, GU10, E27 spotlight (with diameter 50mm) ceiling fixture"
On all four units, the cavity of the light is smaller than the 50mm specification, with two fixtures measuring 49mm. There are three in all, one measuring 55 mm, the other two measuring 49 mm. There are 74 millimeters in this measurement. Testing the fixtures with both LED and halogen lights, I found that the LED is the only one to fit the two fixtures measuring 49 inches. A 67mm camera. I also noticed that the spring loaded wings on the top were not very stable. This is what it says on the Amazon Web site *"Cut a hole in the ceiling and the sturdy spring loaded wings will hold it in place, Mousetrap-style. " In the same way, spring clips will automatically tighten It can be adjusted to fit a variety of wall thicknesses. The conclusion is The product, as I said at the beginning of this review, is a powerful concept. However, the inability to accommodate a wider range of light bulb sizes and the problems with the spring tension wings make buying the product extremely difficult. It won't be an issue for customers who plan to use a thin material, but it could be a problem for those who will use a thicker I returned the product because I'm not sure whether the next light will fit when the old one burns out, and I couldn't determine if this would work after the bulb had burned out. If you buy this product you will have a 50/50 chance of getting.
My notification of Torchstar resulted in their requesting I return it to them. The problem was important to the completion of the cabinet I was building so I decided to fix it Turning the springs around and adjusting the brackets enabled me to get the ceiling flush with the top of the grate. Having another cabinet on hand was essential so that I would not have to order another in case one broke. I received it a few days after it was sent out by Torchstar.
Faces with a diameter of 2" are specified in the MR16 spec. two sides of the mounting ring of this bracket are They were both meant to fit a 2" diameter face, but one was large enough for it to fit through, and the other was small enough to keep It is too narrow for a normal MR16 bulb, even on its largest side. Since the diameter of my MR16 bulb is only 1/16 inch shy of 2", there was an even better chance for it to fit, but the ring is The factory failed to test these at all, so I don't know who made them.
25 of them are in my possession. To start with, I bought one as a trial, installed the lamp after a few attempts. With the other 24 I did not have such good results. However, I was able to get the lamp "stuck" into the fixture, so it stays looking down and is still aesthetically pleasing. This lamp holder is too small internally. I believe it should be a couple of millimeters.
It is a great product, but was purchased on a whim. These springs (the spring canister) did not have the strength to hold themselves in 3" STS HomeDPT canisters. I liked the way it was made, but I did not require it for.
The fixture is really nice. It is too short for a MR 16 bulb, so it is useless.
