It gave me a lot of control. I was trying to stay just below total vacuum and it worked fairly well, but I would have liked it to be a little finer.

Parker is a capable professional.
We used them for a short time before removing them from our system because we discovered we didn't need them. However, because they have such a fine control over the air flow rate, I hope to find a legitimate use for them someday.
It was perfect for our needs. This is being used to slowly remove air from an air-actuated valve. The dial has marked increments, making it simple to adjust. The adjustment is sensitive enough to keep pressure on the valve while slowly bleeding air out, giving the valve enough time to fully seat.
I haven't yet connected it, but it appears to be a solidly constructed valve. Highly recommended/ Quick shipping.
The build quality is excellent, and if you need to fine-tune flow, this is the device for you! Parker comes out on top once more, with a fantastic product.
Installing it was a breeze. Excellent control of the adjustment.
